Kinder Writing Wisdom

One of the things I hear most often when people find out that I write stories is that I must be super smart or super creative or super blessed. The truth is something that I try to instill in my bitties: you make success when you work hard, believe in yourself, and keep trying even when you think you can’t.

Today while writing, Jelly Bean walked up to me and summed it all up better than I ever could: "I have lots of ideas because I have a brain. I don’t just say ’I don’t know what to write.’ I keep thinking!"

I think all of us need this as a reminder sometimes.

  1. Definitely clashes with my normal pessimistic attitude! 😉
Drive, support, and passion can move mountains. Must be phenomenal to have a bittie re-align your views for the better.
